Champagne is served with Japanese dishes, seafood, pies and snacks. Pairs well with main dishes, try it with beef in pepper sauce.
Color
Champagne light pink color with a slight copper tint. Foaming is characterized by low intensity.
Scent
Fresh shades of strawberry, raspberry and cherry combined with notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit) blend perfectly in the aroma of champagne with spicy nuances of cinnamon and vanilla. At the end, dried fruit tones come into play, delicately emphasizing the complexity and richness of the entire palette.
Taste
The bright, tense beginning of the taste is replaced by a more saturated, structured, energetic continuation. Repeating the composition of the aroma, the taste of the wine is complemented by notes of candied citrus fruits, fresh pastries, minerals and wood. Fine echoes of tannins are heard in a persistent, persistent aftertaste.
