Description
Compatibility
The wine is best served decanted an hour before drinking, as it is not filtered during the winemaking process to enhance the depth of taste. It should be stored horizontally at 15-16°C and served at 18°C. It pairs well with red meats such as roast lamb and beef.
Color
Has a deep red color.
Scent
Aromas of ripe fruit and dry wild berries, combined with spicy notes of white pepper, vanilla extract and smoke, will give the connoisseur a pleasant aromatic sensation.
Taste
Intense but rounded tannins that match the acidity perfectly. Rich body with a long aftertaste.
