Zyme Kairos 2019 Wooden Box

Loads to enjoy on the nose, from baked cherries and red berries to graphite and pressed flowers. Medium-bodied with the same wide range of complex flavors, tamed a little for now by firm, clean-cut tannins. An interesting blend of 15 indigenous and international varieties, 11 red and four white. Approachable now, but will even out into something really special after a further year or two in bottle.
